Currently, Chubb is seeking a Personal Lines Marketing Specialist for the Philadelphia office.

The Philadelphia Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the new business, growth, and profit results of an approximately $45 million book of business consisting of about 30 agents, 7 of which are Cornerstone.

Core Job Duties include:
• Responsible for increasing quote activity, agency engagement results, building a prospect pipeline, following-up on open daily quotes to best position Chubb, and driving initiatives with agents.
• Create and implement customized business plans, identify trends in the results and address issues to maximize results on the book.
• Responsible for educating his/her agents on new products, services, and guideline changes, as well as marketing against the competition in order to position Chubb as the market of choice in his/her agencies.

Experience/Skills Needed:
• Candidates must have at least 2 years of solid underwriting experience with a track record of strong producer management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills, are a must.
• Candidates must have strong negotiation, sales and problem solving skills.
• Candidates must have solid interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with a variety of agents and internal business partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a heavy agency travel schedule and delivering a high level of service to agents.
• Candidates should be aggressive, sales oriented, and results driven.
