Premium Finance Specialist

Currently we have a career opportunity for a Premium Finance Specialist in our Irvine, CA office (open to Chicago, IL office as well).
Job duties:
Research, analyze and prepare proposals and contracts for ARS clients either using rating software or direct contact with a premium finance company. This will include gathering of account data from ARS and working with the premium finance company to determine the appropriate deal structure so as to maximize the revenue opportunity. These accounts would include renewal and prospect accounts.
Premium Finance Industry experience preferred
Responsibilities also include:
Proposal follow-up
Updating various account tracking logs/databases
Responding to inquires from Aon management, producers, insurers and/or clients
Supporting local Aon Premium Finance Manager, occasional remote office visits and resolving outstanding premium finance debts, as necessary.
Work experience: 1-3 yrs in an account executive or customer service role.
Skills required:
Good working knowledge of EXCEL
PC literate
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, negotiation skills.
Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
