Insurance Sales-Bilingual Agent

State Farm Insurance Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer to join their team. We need help continuing the growth of our agency in Westbury, NY. This position will market & sell new products & services to existing policyholders, along with developing new customers.
Responsibilities Include:
•Building relationships with clients, prospecting for new clients, probing to discover needs (asking questions and listening), closing sales for all lines (auto, fire, life and bank) and asking for referrals.
•Having appointments with prospects/clients
•Developing marketing opportunities to increase sales on specific products, and probe to uncover needs and determine ways to fill them
•Conducting insurance and financial service reviews for clients
•Making outgoing calls to clients to set appointments for reviews
•Creating and implementing a referral generating program
•Networking to build relationships with new clients
What we can offer you:
•Base salary from $30,000-$35,000 + Unlimited commissions
•Comprehensive benefits (100% employer paid) including: health, dental, vision and life insurance
•Paid time off, 401K plus more
•Affiliation with a solid name in the industry.
Requirements:
•At least 1 year of insurance sales experience
•Active New York P&C Insurance License
•Must be bilingual (English / Spanish)
•Strong communication and customer service skills
