Full-time Production Specialist - Construction Wrapup

We have openings in our Construction-Wrapup group for Production Specialists located in our Glenview, IL office:

Description of duties and responsibilities:
Routinely and effectively interface with local Aon office project managers, client contractors and carriers to ensure client needs are being met
Obtain all wrapup forms (notice of awards, insurance cost worksheet, enrollment, payroll, certificates of insurance, project completion) in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with contractors to obtain missing or incomplete forms
Verify the data contained in received wrapup forms is reasonable and consistent
Assess the quality and completeness or delinquency of team member activities
Enter the data into the AonWrap computer application
Receive and place calls from/to contractors and carriers to resolve problems in a proactive manner
Perform quality checks on data entered by our offshore partners, correct those errors and properly log the errors
Finalize contractor insurance credits and review offshore staff’s performance in calculating those credits.
Handle a workload of 15 to 29 projects with 1,000 to 1,700 individual contracts.

Minimum work experience required:
3 years of office experience in a service industry environment
Experience working in a fast-paced environment utilizing state-of-the-art technology and advanced work flows
Insurance and/or construction industry experience a strong plus
Must have strong math aptitude in order to manually check insurance calculations
Must obtain or maintain P&C license

Special skills required:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and LotusNotes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer service
Ability to effectively contribute in a team environment

Minimum education required:
Successful completion of a high school curriculum or equivalent; some college preferred
