Full-time Account Specialist Property & Casualty

Major Duties:
• Accurate management and maintenance of client files according to corporate/divisional guidelines and standards.
• Respond promptly to all client inquiries, keeping clients, as well as staff, current.
• Prepare formal presentations to clients as requested.
• Analyze policy wording and present alternative coverage.
• Communicate with markets for quotes and renewal negotiations and maintain good working relationships with markets.
• Meet deadlines and keep written detailed information of all renewals.
• Ensure that all binders and documentation have been received and are current.
• Respond promptly to all client inquiries in all matters.
• Ensure all communication is accurate and understandable.
• Input all data into applicable Aon system.
• Undertake various duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:
• College degree.

Experience:
• Experience in insurance preferred.New York Broker’s License or willingness to obtain.
• Analytical work experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Special Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, monitor and control work flow deadlines and be flexible.
