Administrative Assistant/Marketing Associate - Customer Service Focused!

Chubb is currently seeking a Marketing Associate/Administrative Assistant to support the Chubb Personal Insurance (CPI) Manager and the CPI team in Warren, New Jersey.
Responsibilities:
Duties will include daily support of the New Jersey and New York City CPI Marketing teams. The position is responsible for maintaining agency email distribution lists, underwriting and marketing assignment lists as well as handling travel coordination and expenses for the CPI Marketing Managers in both offices. Job duties also include managing distribution of agency marketing material, mailings, announcements and other external related materials as well as managing the logistics and RSVP lists for CPI agency meetings and events sponsored by Personal Lines Marketing and/or Appraisal. The CPI Marketing Associate also provides standard reports and ad hoc as needed using various systems such as Salesforce, MIS, CPI Management and Pinpoint. The position will engage in special projects in areas such as Masterpiece and cancellation research and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
Skills and Experience:
• Candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as an Administrative and/or Marketing Assistant supporting a senior executive.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and written skills are essential.
• After training, the candidate must be able to work independently with little or no supervision, and anticipate and execute upon the needs of a fast paced business environment.
• Candidate must be highly organized and independently able to manage desk as well as demonstrate collaborative teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal skills are needed for oral and written communication with both internal and external customers. Must be able to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word with a working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Candidate must have the ability to support remote customers, prioritize multiple customers' requests and meet deadlines.
