As a Physical Damage Claims Assistant, you will assist the PDC Adjusters in processing claims files. You will also provide status reports to our agents and insureds, and asist with the location of equipment and coordination of salvage pick-up. We are looking for a candidate who has: Six years of progressive clerical experience, preferably with insurance or claims experience. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Ability to work with a variety of people and be a team player.
