Currently, we have an exciting career opportunity for a Sr. Sales Service Representative at our Hatboro, PA office of Affinity Insurance Services, Inc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide team leadership and support for Application Processing team and Underwriting Manager
Support On the Job Training/new hire start up for AICPA Trust Department
Support implementation of production standards in Sales/Service and cross department as assigned.
Support GVUL team with transaction processing and customer inquiries
Interact with other departments on various projects including new programs, products and technology
Handle inbound and outbound calls via 800 lines
Maintain service, quality and timeliness standards
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Maintain service, quality and timeliness standards
Demonstrated skills and abilities to be goal-oriented and solve complex issues
Learn multiple products to support revenue growth for program business
Possess excellent organizational and verbal communication skills
Possess excellent written communication skills for customer correspondence
Ability to provide excellent quality service to customers
Demonstrated ability in handling details and key follow up capability
Strong PC skills with a solid knowledge base in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint software
Ability to identify process efficiencies and handle daily activities in a thorough and accurate fashion
Obtain Series 6 and 63 licensing in 6 months from date of hire
MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years experience in sales/customer service supporting multiple Life and Health insurance products and specifically variable lines products.
Preferred is a candidate with a minimum of LAH licensing and variable lines product experience.
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
College degree required
LAH License
