Works independently and collaboratively to provide system and business process support to internal (department staff) customers, including project support and system testing. Designs and generates reports using a variety of tools and basic analytical skills. Handles special assignments on an as-needed basis, including the administration of various programs.
Major Duties:
Works independently and collaboratively to provide system and business process support.
Provides project support and system testing.
Designs and generates reports.
Handles special assignments on an as-needed basis.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required plus 4 yrs analytical experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Analytical experience on underwriting systems preferred.
Solid technical knowledge of hardware, software, Web-based applications, legacy systems and databases supporting Assigned Risk business.
Proven success working with customers (internal or external) in a problem-solving role.
Excellent communication skills including strong listening, verbal/non-verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform a variety of tasks as well as set and meet deadlines.
High level of initiative and ability to be self-directive/work independently to achieve results.
Proficiency in MS Office, Access, and prescribed tools such as Proclarity and QI Macros).
