Sales and Management Trainees for our to help with:

Sales *Setting and achieving weekly and monthly sales goals. *Building relationships with new and existing customers, you need great customer service experience. *Outstanding written and oral communication skills. You must be able to communicate what we do, how we do it and why. We provide the leads so no prospecting, no cold calling. *Can work proficiently as a team and independently. *Must have a positive and trainable attitude. No matter how off your day is; you are able to overcome those obstacles with a smile and ready for what the day will bring. We provide the mentoring and training for you. Complete and step by step and no pyramid to climb. *Have a competitive side. *Good phone etiquette.

Management/Management Trainee *Same requirements as for “Sales” plus +. *Be a strategic thinker and problem solver. *We have a very entrepreneurial, get-it-done atmosphere and need someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic and is not afraid to roll-up-their sleeves to get the job done. *Enjoy a fast-paced and ever challenging and changing industry. *Ability to network, build and manage relationships with new sales trainees.

You must: *Be able to pass a state exam. *Have a working vehicle. *Valid driver license. *Cell phone.
