Aon’s Small Commercial Group seeks an experienced Client Specialist/Account Executive to join our Atlanta, GA office.
Primary Accountabilities
• Emerging leader with senior client relationships
• Provides expertise in servicing low to medium complexity accounts (determined by volume/size of accounts and/or nature of business)
• Identifies client needs and develops custom solutions
• Works effectively with client decision makers
• Establishes and develops relationships with economic buyers for small to medium size accounts
• Establishes credibility (knowledge/trust) both externally as well as internally
• Demonstrates technical competency and creates innovative solutions
• Manages medium to large book of business typically, between $1M and $3M
• Communicates and captures the value that Aon brings to client
• Able to work independently with little to no direction
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3-5 years of insurance brokerage experience in an Account Executive role
• High School diploma; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, CIC or CRM, preferred
• Candidate must hold Georgia general lines agent license.
