Currently, Chubb is seeking an A&H Marketing and Communications Manager for the Whitehouse Station, NJ office.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for the development and implementation of integrated marketing programs, promotions and communication efforts to support Chubb’s portfolio of Accident & Health products and service offerings. One of the primary goals of the position is to create and maintain the brand integrity and strategically position Chubb as a trusted source for A&H knowledge.
This position is also accountable for the conceptual planning, implementation and execution of the marketing plans and product launches targeted to a broad A&H marketplace as well as specific target market segments. The four Business segments (COEs -Centers Of Excellence) – Consumer, Reinsurance, Employee Benefits and Special Risk. This includes the delivery of sales communications, product and service collateral, sales tools, conferences and seminar strategies, e communications and the development of programs and promotions that all contain consistent and cohesive messaging that aimed at a broad A&H marketplace or specific target market segments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Counterparts within other SBU’s, Branch Marketing Managers and Agency Services..
• Develop, manage and produce marketing materials to create a cohesive image and message for print and online communication vehicles.
• Support and collaborate with the COEs on cross-selling / up-selling initiatives with other SBU’s.
• Manage A&H relationship with key constituents
• Participate on the Salesforce.com team development and all associated projects.
• Plan and manage external communications efforts in cooperation with COEs and Corporate Communications
• Create and analyze external website statistical data to determine what modifications need to be made to our site to satisfy our audience.
• Manage and support Direct Marketing within Consumer COE
• Coordinate and manage co-branding opportunities with outside distribution sources.
• Develop, manage and execute an annual strategic marketing and communications plan in conjunction with respective Centers of Excellence (COEs). This plan will detail activities to follow throughout the year and allow us to focus on meeting organizational objectives.
Knowledge and Skills:
• 10+ Years of Direct Response Marketing
• Group Insurance Experience
• Individual insurance experience
• Deep subject matter expertise in Accident & Health business/products
• Deep subject matter expertise in Consumer Products and Services
• Broker/Agent channel experience
• Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of management and cross-functional teams
• Ability to exert strong interpersonal influence
• Strong collaborative skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate a vision and purpose
• Superior verbal and written communications skills
• Product and market thinker and highly adaptable to shifting priorities
• PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required; business and insurance direct marketing background.
