Responsibilities:
*Target middle-income families and seniors, business owners and the self-employed *Offer customers a “best-in-class” portfolio of traditional insurance products *Use a need-based sales process that is focused on building long-term relationships with customers — one need, one product at a time
Requirements:
*High School Diploma *2 years of insurance sales experience OR 3+ years experience in commission sales *Must have an active 2-15 Life, Health and Variable Annuities Insurance license or willing to obtain one *Minimum of $36,000 FYC in last year *Basic computer skills/knowledge *Self-motivated and driven to succeed *Entrepreneurial attitude and spirit *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
