DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an Account Specialists Health & Benefits for our Green Bay, WI office:
SUMMARY:
This Account Specialist will report to the service team leader and will support the benefit consultants and other staff as requested. Along with day to day client contact, this account specialist will be responsible for driving the marketing efforts of the client service team. This position will focus on clients with between 50 to 1000 employees
EXPERIENCE:
3 to 5 years experience in client service roles including quoting, servicing and direct client contact with carriers and clients. Client facing and must be responsible for handling multiple projects at the same time. We will require experience in all welfare benefit lines and working as a team member.

Job Duties:
Market medical, dental, life, short-term disability, and long term disability in fully insured marketplace.
Presenting renewal proposals and options to clients and prospects.
Market and implement voluntary benefits.
Maintain knowledge of fully insured and self funded marketplace (50 -1000 employee size markets).
Meet with appropriate insurance representatives for new products and pricing.
Market all existing clients prior to renewal.
Market all prospects.
Spreadsheet and compare benefits and pricing for both clients and prospects.
Maintain proper benefit comparisons based on product availability and options.
Conduct enrollment meetings and coordinate implementation of new plans for prospects and clients.
Maintain all contract files by client
Service client billing, claim, benefit and other service requirements.
Notify department of plan changes, new products and new vendors.
Notify department of plans or products that affect the 50+ marketplace.
REQUIREMENTS:
Life and Health license required
Strong communications skills
College education preferred
Independent problem solver and thinker
Skilled at data analysis and drawing conclusions from data.
-Possesses great follow up skills and following priorities.
Able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Can handle high activity times with a great attitude.
