The Medical Rep Trainee is responsible for analysis and adjustment of moderately complex medical claims.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Relevant work experience includes a position requiring critical thinking, problem solving, excellent customer service, negotiating, effective written/verbal communication or medical claims/casualty adjuster experience) .
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of the Internet.
- Able to type and use phone.
- Strong Customer Service skills.

Preferences:
- Medical claims or equivalent claims experience.
- Ability to understand medical terminology
- Strong organizational skills
