Appraisal Coordinator – Strong Customer Service & Multi-tasking Skills Needed!

Currently, Chubb is seeking an Appraisal Coordinator for the Whitehouse Station, NJ office.
Position Description:
As the point of contact between the Chubb Appraiser and customer, the Appraisal Coordinator requires a great deal of relationship building to create strong partnerships with internal business partners. The Appraisal Coordinator is responsible for scheduling appraisal appointments with Chubb clientele and will need to rely on constant communication with the Appraisers to establish the appropriate scheduling of appointments.
The Coordinator is accountable for managing specific territory/territories and for meeting monthly and yearly production, timeliness and department business goals. To meet the goals and expectations, the Coordinator must be diligent in making a high volume of outbound calls to clients to secure appointments. In addition, the Coordinator must be results driven in order to accomplish tasks and manage the workload for their respective territory.
The Coordinator is also responsible for forecasting and predictive analysis. The Coordinator will create an appointment setting process that is time efficient and that accommodates all business partners and customers.
The Coordinator will spend time learning the geography of the territory, will utilize mapping tools, and will work closely with field appraisers so that appointments are scheduled logically and efficiently. Additionally, the Coordinator will gather the information that will be necessary for the Appraisers' appointments. Therefore, detailed training of Lotus Notes Calendar, mapping technologies, Underwriting notes, the MARS and ClickSoftware systems will be provided.
This position requires a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding the services provided to our customers. Minimal travel is required.
Department Business Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

• Dependable- with proven track record
• Proven record of being a team player with the ability to work independently
• The ability to maintain an exceptional phone presence when dealing with complex or difficult situations
