Detail Clerk – Strong Data Entry Skills/Proficient Excel
at Chubb Insurance in New Jersey

Currently, Chubb is seeking a Detail Clerk for the Whitehouse Station, NJ office.
Position Description:
•Incoming/Outgoing Mail – Handle incoming/outgoing mail. Deliver mail as necessary.
•UPS/Overnight: As needed.
•Copier: Twice daily monitor the copiers to insured they are filled with paper.
•Scanning/Indexing: Check in Boxes in mailrooms daily. Scan and Index documents daily with no more than 48 hour turn-around time.
•Right Fax: Check 3 times daily by 9:00, 12:00 & 3:00
•Photocopying: As needed.
•Desk Clean Out: Ensure unused supplies in empty cubicles are recycled to the supply room.
•Manage the branch transfer process
•Complete Certified Copies
•Loss Runs as needed
•Back up Endorsement Triage Specialist
•Handle regulatory compliance letters.
•Knowledge of Oden helpful
•Provide support for On-Line Marine
•Special projects as needed
•Run various reports (Clean Close, Open Items Report and Open Crit Report)
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Candidates must have exceptional customer service, interpersonal, verbal & written communication, teamwork, organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete within assigned timeframes with minimal guidance. Self motivated, confident in decision making and judgment abilities. Candidates must also possess: Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft computer applications and typing proficiency.
Education:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
