Full-time Business Solutions Analyst - Demonstrated Technology Skills

Currently, Chubb is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to join the Field Technology Services group for the Los Angeles, CA office.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for ensuring Chubb employees realize the maximum usage of deployed technologies at the branch and regional levels. This role supports the business by providing expertise in business and technology analysis; project management/ technology implementation and the planning, development, and conducting of technology training to support business needs. Additionally, this role provides training to support Chubb’s agents and brokers in the use of Chubb’s e-business applications.

The following are key responsibilities:
Business Solutions and Technology Analysis
•Proactively analyze, assess and direct the adoption of systems by conducting desktop analysis.
•Actively look for opportunities within the business community to streamline manual processes using technology.
•Provide business partners with technology solutions that help mitigate business challenges.

Project Management and Technology Implementation
•Introduce new systems and applications into the branch environment, analyze their utilization and impact, track and escalate issues until they are resolved.
•Communicate infrastructure and application changes and upgrades to user communities.

Planning and Delivery of Technology Instruction
•Conduct technology training events including instructor-led and distance learning training events.
•Analyze branch user population and assess technology skills.

eBusiness Optimization and utilization
•Provide internal and external eBusiness training and support for @Chubb products and services

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
-Demonstrated PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Proven change, time, analytical and project management skills
-Advanced organizational skills including the ability to perform various activities concurrently
-Demonstrated ability to deliver high caliber customer service.
-Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
-The ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with a wide spectrum of people internally and externally.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently while demonstrating strong collaboration skills in a team environment
-Ability to communicate a vision and purpose
-Ability to independently plan, manage and complete all aspects of assigned projects, delegating where appropriate.
-Strong Insurance/Business acumen

TRAVEL:
Some travel may be required – will also service the Newport Beach and San Diego branches

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

PLEASE NOTE: This position is located in Los Angeles. It will report into Warren, NJ but is resident in LA.
