Full-time HR Business Partner

Job Responsibilities : To be successful, the HR Business Partner needs to have strong leadership, mentoring, listening and team building skills. The ideal candidate must build and maintain excellent workingrelationships throughout the company, and provide the leadership to foster an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement. The HR Business Partner will engage with other business leaders to identify workforce priorities and deliver HR solutions to contribute to the achievement of specific business objectives. Partner with the Chief Human Resources Officer to deliver to the company a comprehensive HR strategy that drives business results. Using the human resources shared services platform, HRBP will develop and use the tools needed to create a great place to workenvironment for our associates by engaging and motivating them to deliver a superior customer experience. Monitor/analyze HR data and related trends to identify opportunities or challenges. Initiate key talent identification, development, training and retention strategies for the assigned business area. Talent acquisition and retentionAddress all employee relations issues, interpret the Companys policies, and make recommendations that build trust while supporting and coaching associates. Create processes and solutions in partnership with leadership which supports a positive associate relations environment via effective communications, policies, and practices. Provide training and development programs on a variety of business and human resource topics to associates. Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, Company policies, and practices. Recommends solutions and implements plans as need.

Job Requirements : 5 - 10 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist/Business Partner. A Bachelors Degree is required. Prior experience supporting multi-site locations with travel flexibilityStrong history of quickly gaining credibility and partnering with business leaders. Demonstrated analytical experience. Proven experience with employee relations and ability to apply diagnostic insight. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Experience working in a matrix environment is preferred. Experience in manufacturing, industrial or sales setting is preferred. PHR/SPHR Certification is preferred. Experience with Canadian labor law is preferred.
