ACCC Insurance Company, a leader in the non-standard automobile insurance market, is currently seeking an Assistant Claims Manager for the Houston, TX location.

Job Description:

The Assistant Claims Manager will determine coverage, liability, and damages and conduct periodic file audits and assist the Claims Manager in the leading, mentoring, performance-management and development of staff.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
3 to 5 years management experience with 2 to 4 years experience in liability, coverage and physical damage experience in the auto claims insurance industry, preferably in the Non Standard Auto Insurance.
Knowledge and ability to focus on Claims handling and process solutions.
Current in knowledge of laws and regulations as they apply to auto insurance industry.
Skilled in Microsoft Office products and able to use databases with ease.
Bilingual skills a plus.
