We currently have a career opportunity for an Entry Level Account Specialist in our Aon Global Client Network Group located in Chicago Office.

Description of Duties and Responsibilities 
Correspondence with the Aon global network offices to help manage global outwards programs Premium allocations & cash flow management
Assisting with assembly of program renewal submissions
Implementation of global programs via the network offices
Special projects (due diligence, stewardship reports)
Certificate issuance (working with ACS)
Maintaining open items lists & various project tracking documents
Revenue shares and fee distribution
Global Account Management System (policy digest system) population and quality control
Acts as a secondary AGCN person on several large, complex accounts
Takes an active role in learning the technical elements of the AGCN job

Requirements:
Bachelor ’s degrees in Insurance/Risk Management or related Business Administrative field a plus or related office experience.
1-3 years experience in commercial insurance with an agency/broker a plus
Strong Computer skills in MS Office, Word, Excel a must, experience with databases a plus
Must be able to obtain or maintain ARM designation and/or brokers license
