Currently we have an opportunity for an Associate Broker (Railroad Division) in our Chicago, IL office.
Description:
Handle railroad book of business in all aspects of client service and support
File maintenance and suspense of open items
Policy and endorsement administration including invoicing, audits, schedules of insurance, exposure schedules, policy checking
Renewal and follow-up correspondence with insurance carriers and clients.
Track and document renewal progress and carrier responses.
Develops coverage competency, knowledge of markets and relationships - Developing ability to broker less complex accounts
Minimum Experience:
3-5 years customer service and commercial brokerage/brokerage support experience a plus.
Property Casualty Agent-Broker License
Computer knowledge:
Adept with Microsoft office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Minimum Education:
HS Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors a plus
