Technical Assistant/Account Analyst

Currently, Chubb is seeking a Technical Assistant/Account Analyst for the Warren, NJ office.
Position Description
This position will work closely with Starr Aviation Account Manager, CSC employees and internal and external business partners to deliver superior customer service and achieve excellent customer satisfaction on the Starr Aviation program.
The Account Analyst will be responsible for performing the following job functions:
• Assemble and mail WC Claim Kits to all new clients within 24 hrs of receipt
• Email the "Employee Notification" forms to all new clientele immediately after sending the WC Claim Kit.
• New account notification to CSC staff (when claim volume is under 75 claims per year).
• Responsible for notification to CSC IT of all renewal & cancellation notifications from Starr Aviation.
• Provide Quality Control review and editing of claim review reports to ensure accuracy of data, content and grammar.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of the claim review booklets.
• Manage the monthly edit reports by evaluating data, making corrections and working with field to correct data.
• Monitors account location codes and hierarchy structure and communications changes to IT.
• Manage the oversight when communication is received from a client to address claim conversions and audits claim coding to ensure accurate fee billing.
• Manage account tracking documentation.
• Assist in statistical analysis of account data including preparing power point presentations.
• Generation of reports for clients and for account analysis.
• Respond to client/broker/MGA inquiries or issues to ensure that we provide timely responses.
• Assists in special projects or other assignments as required or delegated by the Starr Account Manager.
• Correspond with clients, broker, Starr Aviation, field claims staff and vendors; and document all actions.
Competencies/Technical Skills:
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to perform multiple tasks that may be complex in nature.
• Candidate must have a strong sense of urgency.
• Must be able to work independently and exercise excellent decision making skills.
• Strong communication, problem solving, interpersonal, organization, time management and prioritization skills are also critical.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; Lotus Notes a plus.
• Position requires effective communication with a wide spectrum of people both internally and externally. The ability to share knowledge within a team environment.
