Process Analyst - PMO - 5+ years SDLC environment

Currently, Chubb is seeking a Process Analyst for the Warren, NJ office.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role is responsible for working with the Sr. Process Analyst in driving the Enterprise Metrics, Enterprise IT Dashboard, IT Convergence report and other future enterprise report requirements. The role is also responsible for supporting the ongoing refinement and development of the Project Path system development life cycle (SDLC). Following are key responsibilities:
Support the development of quarterly Enterprise PMO reports for the Sr. IT Leadership Team, including the:
•Enterprise IT Metrics dashboard. The phased implementation of this report for is in progress, but will require ongoing analysis and refinement of information sources and communication of results.
•Enterprise IT Dashboard that reports the status of top IT projects/programs. This responsibility includes consulting with project/program managers to effectively represent status.
•Convergence Management report. This responsibility includes the identification of projects impacting the same groups at the same time.
This responsibility includes the ongoing improvement of these reports in terms of value to stakeholders and efficiency of data collection.
Support the Project Path Board which is made of domain leaders and other key SDLC stakeholders. Responsibilities include:
•Support/manage plans to accomplish objectives defined by the Enterprise Process Board. (e.g. improve/develop SDLC deliverables.)
•Manage the development and implementation of communication initiatives to increase awareness and ease of use.
•Manage the compilation and reporting of SDLC use and alignment metrics for IT units.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
•Maintain broad IT perspective and major trends related to the PMO function.
•Demonstrate strong ability to work in a team environment and foster cross team collaboration.
•Promote the use of knowledge management and knowledge sharing process and tools.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
•Demonstrated ability to drive change and coach
•5-7 years technology, business, management experience in a structured SDLC environment
•Practical experience managing technology projects. PMP certification is a plus.
•Experience designing or improving management reports to drive desired outcomes.
•Balance multiple initiatives
•Initiative
•Communications – effective written and presentation skills
•Consulting and facilitation
•Undergraduate degree
