Insurance – Sales – District Manager
Experienced Insurance Sales Managers…Join Our World-Class Organization!
As a District Manager with Farmers Insurance, you will be leveraging your network and experience to recruit top quality insurance sales candidates including:
Recruiting and mentoring quality candidates
Training and development of new and established agents
Implementation of corporate goals/initiatives within the agency force
Daily district management operations
Sales process
Managerial responsibilities
Job Requirements:
Four year college degree
Minimum 5 years business management experience or business ownership experience
Possess Property & Casualty, Life & Disability, Variable Contracts insurance licenses in the state of WA; series 6, 63 and 26 are required (or willingness to complete within 90 days)
Financial Stability
Entrepreneurial Spirit
Good credit history and clean criminal background
Self-motivated and independent
Great communications skills and Articulate; bilingual skills are preferred but not required
