PMO Experience - Sr. Process Analyst - PMP Certification Ideal

Currently, Chubb is seeking a Senior Process Analyst for the Warren, NJ office.
This role is responsible for driving the Enterprise Metrics, Enterprise IT Dashboard, IT Convergence reports and future enterprise report requirements. The role is also responsible for managing the ongoing refinement and development of the Project Path SDLC.
Following are key responsibilities:
• Build and publish quarterly Enterprise PMO reports for the Sr. IT Leadership Team, including the following:
- Enterprise IT Metrics dashboard. The phased implementation of this report is in progress, but will require ongoing analysis and refinement of information sources and communication of results.
- Enterprise IT Dashboard that reports the status of top IT projects/programs. This responsibility includes consulting with project/program managers to effectively and accurately represent status.
- Convergence Management report. This responsibility includes the identification of projects impacting the same groups at the same time.
• This responsibility includes the ongoing improvement of these reports in terms of value to stakeholders and efficiency of data collection.
• Lead the Project Path Board which is made of domain leaders and other key SDLC stakeholders. Responsibilities include:
- Propose and develop plans to accomplish objectives defined by the Enterprise Process Board.
- Drive the accomplishment of plans via Board meetings. Includes meeting management.
- Manage the development of new SDLC deliverables.
- Develop and implement communication initiatives to increase awareness and ease of use.
• Manage Enterprise Process Board meetings.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Maintain broad IT perspective and major trends related to the PMO function.
• Demonstrate strong ability to work in a team environment and foster cross team collaboration.
• Promote the use of knowledge management and knowledge sharing process and tools.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• Demonstrated ability to drive, influence, coach, and champion change
• 8-14 years technology, business, management leadership experience working in a structure SDLC environment
• 5+ years experience managing technology projects. PMP certification preferred.
• Experience designing or improving broad management reports to drive desired outcomes
• Balance multiple initiatives
• Initiative
• Effective written and presentation communication skills
• Consulting and facilitation
• Undergraduate degree
