Customer Service Representative (PART TIME) $13- $14/hr

Our representatives are those caring individuals who take those calls and help people by setting up claims. They do this by keeping an eye on the details and providing the best possible customer service!

Class Start Date: July 12, 2010

Training Schedule: – Training will be approximately 8 weeks in length – Training will be Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Schedule (after training): – Start time will be 8:30 AM – Able to work 4- 6 hours per day with up to 8 hours available on weekend day (total of 20- 32 hours per week) – Weekend shift will begin at 7:30 AM if working the 8 hour shift on that day – Required Days: Monday and one weekend day – Days Off- Flexible

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed: *High School diploma or equivalent required *Minimum 2 years of post secondary education or 2 years work experience in a complex customer service environment *Proven job stability including 1 year with past employer *Proficient in computer window-based programs with excellent navigational skills *Excellent communication and customer service skills *Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
