Senior/General Adjuster - Commercial Property

Growing business unit dedicated to handling the complex property loss claims for a major London market carrier. Expand your technical claims handling skills to a wide variety of heavy dollar loss claims including: inland cargo, commercial property, heavy equipment and marine cargo.
These jobs can be done remotely from your own home/small office.
Position Summary:
Examine claim forms, policies and endorsements, client instructions and other records to determine coverage
Set loss reserves, and control claims cost
Recommend litigation when appropriate
Requirements:
Must have strong knowledge of complex policies, complex coverages issues and binders
5+ years experience adjusting property claims for a major carrier
Must know excess and surplus as well as forced placed coverage
Licensed as required by state and local jurisdictions
5+ years experience adjusting complex property claims or claims with heavy losses
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Associate in Claims (AIC) through AICPCU
