Full-time Claim Operations Detail Clerk

In this position, which reports to the Claim Operations Supervisor, the successful candidate responsibilities will include: Scanning First Notice of Loss (new claims), utilizing the claims search mechanisms to review correspondence and new mail, scanning and indexing mail, filing correspondence in existing claim files, archiving and purging files, manually closing files, retrieving files from off-site storage, and providing switchboard coverage. Additional tasks that you may be required to handle: administrative and technical support to the Claim department.

- Demonstrated track record of success in current and prior positions; producing accurate and timely results

Education & Experience:
High School Diploma and 1-3 years work experience, preferably in a customer service environment; Medium level Clerical or Administrative Assistant experience; previous experience in a similar role preferred.
