Insurance – Sales – District Manager

As a District Manager with Farmers Insurance, you will be leveraging your network and experience to recruit top quality insurance sales candidates including:
• Recruiting and mentoring quality candidates
• Training and development of new and established agents
• Implementation of corporate goals/initiatives within the agency force
• Daily district management operations
• Sales process
• Managerial responsibilities
Job Requirements:
• Four year college degree
• Minimum 5 years business management experience or business ownership experience
• Possess Property & Casualty, Life & Disability, Variable Contracts insurance licenses in the state of WA; series 6, 63 and 26 are required (or willingness to complete within 90 days)
• Financial Stability
• Entrepreneurial Spirit
• Good credit history and clean criminal background
• Self-motivated and independent
• Great communications skills and Articulate; bilingual skills are preferred but not required
