Associate Provider Systems Information Administrator
You've been looking for an opportunity to work with people who share your

Our Associate Provider Systems Information Administrator position may be right
for you. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing, coding and
building provider demographic and payment information into the transactional
system and other databases. You will work with health plans and the customer
service area to solve provider contract and claims issues.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Code and load contacts into transitional system/other databases
- Facilitate resolution of contract related claims issues
- Serves as consultant to health plans with regard to new products/strategies
and/or interpreting data
- Analyzes the impact of process or technical changes on existing processes and
interfaces based on cross-functional knowledge of transactional systems
- Participates in improvement project teams
- May lead cross-functional user groups
Job Specifications:
- High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-4 years claims processing experience
- Analytical experience
- Knowledge of medical coding (ICD9, CPT, HCPC)
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
