Claims Research Analyst - Entry Level

Our services, which leverage proprietary technology and predictive analytics, maximize recovery potential and financial performance for our customers.
We currently have a career opportunity for an Entry Level Claims Research Analyst in our Coraopolis, PA office:
General Overview:
Primary responsibility is to electronically research and analyze claims and policies, identifying recoverables for commercial lines third party deductibles. Responsibilities also include day-to-day support of internal departments and administration of client accounts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Research claims and policies to identify recoverable billings with the highest degree of quality
Support internal departments on client requests by providing supporting information
Utilize numerous internal and client systems to perform daily job functions
Perform internal client audits and maintain data accuracy
Act as subject matter expert on claims research and processing
Communicate with internal departments on billing related issues or questions
Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications / Experience:
Associates, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent office experience
Experience within a business environment performing research, billing, coding or other like functions is preferred but not required
Experience within the insurance industry preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and analytic skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite of products
Interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
Ability to keep information confidential
