Marketing Analytics Analyst I
The Marketing Analytics Analyst reports to the Manager of Marketing Analytics and the primary goal is to support Marketing Executive Management and Marketing Representatives. Primary job duties revolve around extracting/analyzing data and communicating findings to key stakeholders so they can make informed business decisions. The Analyst will also act as an internal consultant by collecting quantitative and qualitative feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Duties
Produce and distribute weekly/monthly baseline marketing reports.
Perform weekly/monthly analysis of baseline reporting. Highlighting changes in trends, or significant shifts. Suggest topics for further analysis.
Fulfill ad-hoc requests by retrieval and evaluation of internal and external data.
Supports regional Marketing Rep’s in obtaining their goals by providing analysis of market and opportunity data.
Collaborates with other teams such Product, Customer Service, Claims, and IT to identify new data/reporting and analysis needs.
Work with Business Analyst’s to write new report specifications.
Develop relationships in Product/Claims and other Plymouth Rock companies to obtain deeper data/system knowledge and training.
Assist in special projects at management request, including, but not limited to analysis on new marketing programs. Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify changing trends in the business. Develop and test hypotheses about customer and agent behavior to identify profitable growth opportunities.
Support Customer Service in implementation of marketing programs.
Participate in the creation of new datamarts to support business decisions.
