We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Broker to join Aon Risk Services in either our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establishes client facing skills including effective presentations & communications
- Establishes ability to work with moderately complex accounts
- Effective working knowledge of carrier underwriting practices & processes
- Emerging coverage competency, knowledge of markets and relationships
- Possesses basic competency on assigned coverages (common forms, exclusions, endorsed enhancements)
- Possesses & utilizes basic negotiation skills for the brokerage process
- Participates and promotes pre and post placement servicing (premium financing, claims, etc.)
- Actively seeks out new and challenging projects
- Mentors entry level brokers
- Established team player and emerging internal network

Experience:
2 to 4 years Executive Liability experience
